Closed Monday & Tuesday!

Sorry everyone I will not be available Monday or Tuesday to run classes. I have commitments with my job those evenings.

I would like people to practice being upside down. This could be handstand hold, handstand push-ups, Walk on your hands. Practice keeping a "hollow body" while upside down. (DON'T OVER EXTEND!). Walk up the wall so that you face the wall, this will force you into a hollow body position. If you kick up into a handstand, you will most likely over extend.

Lets do some tests this week! Back to business as usual Wednesday!!!
