It's my birthday, so I can cancel a class if I want to... Ok sorry, but it's my birthday and my wife won't let me teach a class... Well not really, but we have a ton of stuff to do, and we are off camping Friday to Monday.
Try and get your classes in before Thursday, and we will be back full throttle on Tuesday...
In other news Paleo challenge starts Tuesday! so be ready!! Pictures will have to be taken next week and the Paleo test workout will have to be done next week to get in on the action!
